- Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Please note that for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it or provide a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To request a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@maison-berger.com.au.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
- Return Shipping
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If returning for any other reason (subject to approval), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Consumer Guarantees
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is found to have a major failure, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation.
