Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate or FREE for
orders over $150.
Direct Freight Shipping: $12.95 flat rate.
Applies to all orders containing Liquid Fragrance
Refills.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday. (AEST/AEDT).
Most orders ship within 2 business days. During
peak periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business
days.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered without requiring a signature
and may be left in a safe place at the delivery
address provided.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Maison Berger Australia is not responsible for
parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as
delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping (From dispatch date)
NSW & ACT: 2–5 business days
QLD & VIC: 3–5 business days
SA: 4–6 business days
TAS: 5–6 business days
NT: 7–10 business days
WA: 7–11 business days
What is Direct Freight and how does it work?
Orders containing Liquid Fragrance Refills will be
sent via Direct Freight at a flat rate of $12.95.
Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Delivered without a signature and will be left in a
safe place.
Allow 1 extra day for delivery on top of standard
timeframes.
If your order is returned due to an unsuccessful
delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or
refund minus the shipping fee.

Freight?
We do not ship via Direct Freight to certain regional

What if my parcel is lost or stolen?
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t
received your order:
Check around your property (front door, letterbox,
garage, etc.)
Confirm with household members or neighbours

Please note: If a parcel is left in a safe place and
goes missing, Maison Berger cannot be held liable.
